SUNDAY/MONDAY TRAINING

Ben Franklin asked himself. In the morning he asked, What good shall I do today? At night  he asked, What good have I done today?

It took from Washington to Reagan ( 2 centuries) to to accumulate 2.2 trillion in debt we've added 2.5 trillion in last 19 months! -from C.B.O. & Bureau of the Public Debt.

Irony: $2.5T spent per year on health care and no one is getting healthier. $100B per year on weight loss and no one is losing any weight. ~Miguel Molina

Look at a stone cutter hammering away at his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred-and-first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not the last blow that did it, but all that had gone before. 

To have any public credibility doctors have to honor their medical oath and be reasonably in tune with medical truth. This is exceedingly hard to do if one has bought the pharmaceutical paradigm.

Time: Finish your long run by 9:00 AM
 Location: 53rd and Collins Parking Lot (There is a Fire-Fighter/Rescue Station on the side.  Park towards the end, facing the ocean).
Training: LONG RUN.  Boot-camp starts @ 9:05 AM

Monday:
Time: 6:30 AM
Location: Key Biscayne Bridge
Training: HILLS + CORE
